The campsite is run by Dutch owners who go out of their way to make you feel at home. Always a friendly word. Out of necessity I had to make use of the disabled toilet and shower, and that was very pleasant indeed. We…

When can I check in and check out?

At a camping pitch, you may arrive from 15:00 and must vacate the pitch before 12:00 on the day of departure. For the rental accommodations, arrival is between 16:00 and 20:00, and departure is between 09:00 and 11:00. On arrival, please park your car in the car park and check in at the reception, which is open daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00.

Is the campsite open in winter as well?

Yes. From 1 November to 14 April you are welcome with your own tent, caravan or camper; a few PODs and the caravan are also available to hire during that period. Reserve by e-mail or via the site, or simply drop by: the bell is at the entrance.

May I bring my dog?

On the camping pitches, dogs are welcome, provided they are kept on a lead, tattooed, and vaccinated (please bring the vaccination booklet), with a maximum of three per pitch. Please do not leave your dog unattended. Pets are not permitted in the furnished tents, the caravan, or the box bed; for the PODs, please check at the time of booking.

Do you need to bring bed linen?

Yes. All rental accommodations are equipped with duvets and pillows, but sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are not provided. Please bring your own or hire a set at the reception.

How does electricity work at the camping pitch?

Every pitch has a 16-ampere hook-up included in the price; only at the cyclists' pitch do you book electricity separately. Bring a long cable of 20 to 25 metres.

Can I come with my motorhome?

Certainly. At the entrance, there has been a waste water disposal point and a cassette rinsing point since 2023. Motorhomes and caravans longer than 6 metres have their own rate, camper vans up to 6 metres as well.

When is the swimming pool open?

From 1 May to 30 September, daily from 10:00 to 20:00. The pool measures 14 by 6 metres, is one and a half metres deep throughout, and is heated using solar panels. Children must swim under adult supervision; swimwear only is permitted.

Can I eat at the campsite?

Yes. Our small restaurant serves lunch (12:00 – 14:00) and dinner (19:00 – 21:00), and on Wednesday and Saturday evenings we bake pizzas, also available to take away. From June through September there is a barbecue evening on Mondays, with reservations on Sunday. Outside of July and August we kindly ask you to book in advance; guests who are not staying at the campsite are also most welcome.

How does booking and paying work?

After your request, we confirm the reservation as soon as the 25% deposit has been received; we do not charge any booking fees. For a camping pitch, you pay the remainder upon arrival; for a rental accommodation, no later than one month before arrival. For the PODs, we ask for a deposit of €200 by cheque upon arrival, which will be returned to you after the inventory check at departure.

What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive your deposit back; after that, it will not be refunded. If you arrive later or depart earlier, the full amount remains due. We recommend taking out your own cancellation insurance, for example through Campez Couvert.

Are there walking routes from the campsite?

Yes, several marked routes start on the site: the Rocher des Fées (12 km, approximately 4 hours), Les jardins d'Ispagnac, Les deux ponts, Le méandre de Quézac and the mountain bike route Le célibataire. At reception, two driving routes are also available — one across the Causse Méjean and one to Les Bondons — complete with addresses for places to eat along the way.

I am arriving on foot, by bicycle or by motorbike. Is there a special arrangement available?

Yes. In April, May, June, September and October we offer a special arrangement for walkers, cyclists and motorcyclists: up to three nights in a POD, a box bed or a simple tent, with bed linen and tourist tax included. Email us with the subject line "Arrangement"; places are limited.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, free of charge at the camping pitches and in the main building. Ask about it at the reception.
